This document outlines the rules and regulations for the use of the HaiBoo brand, including its website, physical card games, and any future editions or digital products.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a HaiBoo product or accessing our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to the current Kasi Edition and all future editions, expansion packs, or merchandise released under the HaiBoo brand.

2. Intellectual Property

All content included in our games—including card designs, slang terminology layouts, logos, graphics, and brand names—is the property of the HaiBoo Team and its parent group.

  • You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, or resell any portion of the game without express written permission.

  • Use of “HaiBoo Game” for commercial events or public broadcasting must be credited to the brand.

3. Product Use & Safety

  • Age Suitability: While HaiBoo celebrates local culture, players are advised to follow the age recommendations listed on specific game editions.

  • Responsible Play: HaiBoo is designed for entertainment. We do not take responsibility for any personal disputes or consequences arising from gameplay choices or the competitive nature of the game.

4. Future Editions & Updates

We reserve the right to expand the HaiBoo universe.

  • These terms automatically extend to any new editions, themed decks, or digital versions.

  • Features such as reward points, airtime competitions, or cash prizes (if applicable via gamification systems) are subject to specific “Competition Rules” which will be updated on the site periodically.

5. Sales and Refunds

  • Accuracy: We strive for the highest quality in our print runs. However, slight colour variations between digital screens and physical cards may occur.

  • Returns: Physical products can only be returned if they arrive damaged, unopened or with manufacturing defects. Buyer is responsible for the return charges, including courier fees. Digital or downloadable content is non-refundable.

6. User-Generated Content

If you submit suggestions for new card “slangs” or game mechanics, you grant the HaiBoo Team a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use those ideas in future printings or editions.

7. Limitation of Liability

The HaiBoo Team shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time to reflect changes in our business or new product launches. Continued use of our products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
